Super Bowl Sunday Chow

With so many choices of things to make on Super Bowl Sunday, we decided on just about everything a carnivore could enjoy. Not only did we grill some delicious wings in three different flavors, we also threw some sausage on the grill and bacon, of course, because everything is better with bacon.

The marinades for the wings included a buffalo sauce using Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce, a Jack Daniel’s mesquite barbecue sauce, and an extra tangy dry rub seasoning mixed with garlic, onion, black pepper, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, and sea salt.

We also whipped up a nice sweet potato salad and tried something new that was delicious: Primal Kitchen’s Chipotle Lime Mayo.
